Suggestions for further Masterclass courses:

"I write to thank you for the excellent and comprehensive training programme that you have recently delivered on our behalf. The feedback that I have received from the Planning Inspectorate, Local Authorities and NRW has all been very positive. Feedback suggests that the course was pitched well, extensive and most useful for understanding the day to day compliance with the Habitat Regulations"

(Welsh Government)

"A big big thank you from me for the excellent masterclass – the feedback I have received included words such as ‘exceptional’, ‘epic’, and ‘possibly the best training I’ve ever attended’. And I would agree with all of that – so rarely do you have training that is all directly relevant to the work you do, and challenges you to that degree. Also really relevant case studies in the practical exercises that staff could relate to. And all delivered on time to boot!"

(Natural Resources Wales)

"Experience and knowledge of the trainer cannot be underestimated. Caroline is obviously very experienced with good presentation style and very engaging"

(Environment Agency Delegate)

"Extremely useful masterclass. The emphasis on not being too afraid of derogations and using that route more to deliver for the environment was very encouraging"

(Natural England Delegate)
